First Presbyterian Church

We invite you to join us on the Thursday evening of Holy Week in the Fellowship Hall to share in the Last Supper, a threshold moment marking the end of Jesus’ ministry. We invite you to come share light snacks and conversation with one another as we remember this moment in Jesus’ life and prepare ourselves for Easter morning. We will have light foods such as cheese, fruit, vegetable trays, bread, and desserts.

"Simon Bore the Cross," words by Langston Hughes, music by Margaret Bonds, will be presented by FPC's choir. Written in 1965, the piece has been newly orchestrated for strings, harp, and organ by Malcom Merriweather, director of the New York Philharmonic Chorus. A free will offering will be collected. No tickets necessary.

Nursery will be available for children 3 years and younger in the Nursery. There will not be Sunday School on Easter.
